What you'll be doing: Defining and delivering the CRO strategy for Direct Protection journeys Managing the full experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis to insight Leading A/B testing using Adobe Target and analysing performance Collaborating with developers, analysts, marketers, and product teams Building and maintaining a prioritised experimentation backlog Championing a data-driven, customer-centric culture of experimentation Leveraging data and research to identify friction points and opportunities Exploring innovative approaches including AI and machine learning
