The Role
* Teaching Business Studies across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level/BTEC)

* Supporting pupils with coursework, vocational units, and examination preparation
* Promoting high standards of professional literacy and commercial awareness
* Encouraging independent research and a passion for global markets
* Leading or assisting with enterprise challenges and Young Enterprise initiatives
* Participating in the statutory ECT induction and professional development sessions
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Business, Economics, or a Management-related discipline
* A passion for staying current with economic trends and business case studies
* The ability to simplify complex financial and commercial concepts for students
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire aspirational learners
* A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
