We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. Home Decarbonisation - We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero. This is an office based role in Sutton. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) Compliance team, based in our Sutton office. This role is central to ensuring that the energy efficiency projects we receive meet the strict standards set by Ofgem, helping to deliver vital support to households across the UK. As part of the compliance team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing documentation and photographic evidence submitted by installers and will provide error reports to them, ensuring every project meets the required criteria before being passed to our energy supplier partners. You’ll need to have strong written communication skills and to be confident working independently, with the ability to research and resolve issues proactively. A keen eye for detail, strong time management, and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks are essential to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and professionally and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work. Previous experience in administration or an office setting is required, and while knowledge of ECO or the energy efficiency sector is desirable, it’s not essential. What you’ll bring Previous experience in administration or an office environment Whilst not essential, previous experience and an understanding of the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) Knowledge of the energy efficiency and fuel poverty sector Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality What’s in it for you?
