Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of engaging Forest School, Beach School, and coastal walking sessions as part of our outdoor learning provision. Work with children from Reception through to Key Stage 1 and beyond, helping them build confidence, resilience and a genuine connection with the natural world. Plan and deliver high‑quality outdoor experiences throughout the year, working closely with teachers and teaching assistants, whatever the weather.
Required skills and experience
Enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Learning Lead who is creative, energetic and passionate about making learning come alive beyond the classroom. Experience in delivering outdoor learning at a primary level is desirable.
