Job Description
Join the Allachburn Team at our prominent care home in the heart of Royal Deeside. We seek a caring, empathetic, diligent, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual. Full training and support will be provided, and you will become part of an established team.
The post holder must demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and organization.
Vacancies:
* 3 x 28-hour posts
* 2 x 21-hour posts
Flexible working required, including evenings and weekends.
Shift times are 07:30 to 15:00 or 14:30 to 22:00 on a rolling rota, including some weekends.
Rates and Allowances
The standard hourly rate is £14.21.
Payment
Employees working between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday are entitled to an enhanced pay rate of time and one third for hours worked during this period.
Overtime
Work exceeding 37 hours per week is considered overtime and paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
Note: These positions do not meet the salary threshold for sponsorship.

Requirements
This role involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate must join or update their PVG Scheme membership. If you have spent more than 3 months outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check is required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
You must obtain SSSC registration within 3 months of starting.
Minimum of two references, including your current or most recent employer, is required.
