Our client, a well-regarded and thriving law firm, is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to take responsibility for their Private Client work. Based in either Urmston, Manchester, or Middlewich, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm where the role can be tailored around the candidate’s preferences.
The successful candidate will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Private Client matters, including:
1. Conducting client interviews in the office, at clients’ homes, and in hospitals
2. Advising clients and taking detailed instructions
3. Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs, Health & Welfare)
4. Preparing Court of Protection Deputy Applications
5. Registering LPAs and EPAs
6. Managing probate files from initial instruction through to completion

The Candidate:
12. A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Private Client work
13. Confident in handling Wills, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection matters
