The role as Branch Manager involves leading dynamic industrial and driving teams, ensuring high performance, strong client relationships, and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
* Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure service excellence
* Manage and grow key client relationships
* Drive revenue, performance targets, and strategic growth
* Maintain high standards across multiple recruitment sectors

Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience managing Full UK driving licence
* Strong recruitment industry experience, ideally within temporary recruitment market
* Background in industrial and/or driving recruitment markets preferred
* Demonstrated sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
