The Design Manager will be responsible for:
* Leading design consultant activities and ensuring timely delivery
* Chairing design reviews and managing interface meetings
* Ensuring compliance with contract and quality standards
* Managing design schedules, reporting, and document control
* Supporting change management and assurance processes
The Design Manager will have:
* Strong experience in both construction and design
* Minimum 12 months in a design consultancy or temporary works role
* Understanding of Principal Designer duties and ERIC principles
* Ability to deputise for the Project Manager when required
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
