Job Description for Customer Service Role at The Pavilion Leisure Centre
Location: The Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF
Job Type: 16 hours on weekends (Fixed Term 7 months)
Working hours:
Main Purpose
To deliver revenue through reactive and proactive call centre activities, increase customer loyalty by providing a professional and personal service, and achieve/exceed targets and customer expectations.
Key Duties
1. Serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
2. Attracting potential customers by answering questions and suggesting additional products/services.
3. Handling incoming inquiries from new customers and converting them into members or purchasers.
4. Maintaining customer records by updating profiles.
5. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, explaining solutions, and following up.
6. Achieving individual financial, conversion, and interaction targets set by Mytime Active.
7. Recommending products or services by analyzing customer needs.
8. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results.
9. Maintaining excellent attendance within a flexible 7-day operational shift pattern.
Skills and Abilities
* Operational experience within Leisure or Golf sectors.
* Ability to work under pressure during peak times.
* Professionalism.
* Multi-tasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
