Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in a 1st line support or IT Helpdesk role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory. Experience with PC hardware setup and maintenance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach and a proactive attitude towards learning. A COMPTIA or MCP qualification (or evidence of working towards one) is highly desirable. A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems.
