Key Responsibilities: Handling and processing invoices Managing lead tracking using Excel Booking jobs and scheduling work for engineers Sending review links and following up with customers after job completion Supporting general administrative duties across the business Maintaining accurate records and data entry in relevant systems Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting Experience with Tradeify or similar CRM's is a bonus, but not essential full training provided Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Office-based role with flexible working available after training Company phone and card provided Bonus structure in place for performance and customer engagement Friendly, supportive team environment
