Route-to-Market (RtM) Consulting is a leading business development and demand generation consultancy helping organisations grow their revenue and extend market reach. We're now looking for a Team Leader to join our team in a dual role, combining people management with hands-on campaign delivery. You will divide your time 50/50 between leading a team and working directly on client campaigns. You will be expected to manage delivery quality, develop your team, and maintain direct involvement in outbound calling and lead qualification. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership (50%) Manage a team of Business Development Consultants Maintain client relationships and ensure delivery of outcomes Resource client projects on time and to brief Coach and support your team with 1-2-1s and personal development plans Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Promote data quality and reporting standards Drive utilisation, schedule adherence and performance across the team Campaign Delivery (50%) Make outbound calls to senior decision-makers (including C-suite) Qualify and nurture opportunities, handing off to client sales teams Maintain CRM notes and follow-up actions Develop campaign messaging, scripts and objection handling with internal stakeholders The Company Route-to-Market (RtM) is a leading business development and demand generation consultancy firm, helping clients grow their revenues and extending their market reach.
