Pay & Benefits
ECTs working through Teaching Personnel will be paid in line with the equivalent salaried ECT rate, ensuring you are fairly rewarded while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Who We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teachers achieving or recently completing QTS
* ECTs seeking experience within SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings
* Individuals who are adaptable, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
* Teachers looking for either flexible work or longer-term opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
