Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2 yr PQE)Southampton with hybrid working £Highly competitive
A major law firm with one of the most highly regarded corporate teams in the south coast region seeks a corporate solicitor to join their thriving practice in Southampton.
Able to offer their corporate lawyers a diet of high quality corporate transactional work, this team works with clients from start ups to leading household names, domestically and across the globe - with deal values running into the tens of millions. The team handles M&A, private equity, joint ventures, MBOs, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial advice.
The successful candidate will be:
* An NQ with at least one corporate seat and looking to specialise in corporate work upon qualification or
* A qualified solicitor with up to 2 years PQE in a leading corporate team
Due to the structure of the existing team, applications will be considered from all corporate lawyers with the requisite experience:
* Experienced in a broad range of corporate law including M&A and/or private equity
* E&W qualified or with E&W experience
* Keen to develop your career with a leading team in the South East
