We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join us on our journey of true nourishment.
The role |
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be an integral part of the restaurant leadership team, supporting the General Manager in leading the restaurant in the Wagamama way. You’ll embody our values and core leadership behaviors. You'll inspire + motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, always striving to exceed expectations. You should have a passion for people, food + hospitality and be driven to make positive change.
We offer a competitive salary, a £3000 bonus opportunity per year, and an average tips of £140 per week*

An experienced hospitality manager capable of leading a team with positive behavior, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
A strong communicator who engages in genuine conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
Experience in understanding restaurant financial performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Ability to manage restaurant and labor budgets.
A passionate leader with experience in team performance and development.
