Purpose of the Role
Lead a service focused on successful interventions to promote positive outcomes for children. Collaborate across partnerships to ensure early help for families, advocate the Child First principle, and support children in avoiding involvement with the criminal justice system.
Main Responsibilities
* Report to the Service Director for Safeguarding Children, Youth Justice and Family Help.
* Provide leadership for youth justice and Family Help services, including family hubs and supporting families.
* Ensure compliance with Youth Justice and ILACS Inspection frameworks.
* Work collaboratively to shape targeted interventions and reduce risks to children and adolescents.
