About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated team member to join our Technical Support & Compliance team. This role blends supportive office-based quality work with hands-on technical guidance across our installation sites. You’ll play a key part in helping our teams deliver safe, high quality installations while maintaining the standards required for NICEIC, MCS, and internal quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Certification Support (1 day/week):
• Support the maintenance of certification processes (MCS, NICEIC, internal QA).
• Maintain quality assurance systems, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide supportive technical guidance to installation teams to ensure work meets regulatory and industry standards.
Site Technical Support (4 days/week):
• Carry out on-site inspections to review installation quality and working practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with teams to enhance safety and quality
• Assist with repairs, remediation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support site teams in developing best practice and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in ASHP, Solar PV and Electrical Technologies
• NVQ Qualifications in at least one of the above technologies
• Support the organisation’s responsibilities under NICEIC and MCS, including contributing to audit preparation and maintaining certification standards
• Familiarity with QA processes and standards
• Strong understanding of certification processes and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with office and site teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
• Happy to travel to sites around the UK.
