Joining Hawco Group as a Warranty Administrator, you will process warranty claims in line with Volkswagen, Skoda and Audi brand standards as well as keeping up to date with the latest company/manufacturer news. You will be a member of a knowledgeable, driven team that understands what you stand for. This role would suit somebody with a fantastic eye for detail and who enjoys working to a process, with some technical understanding and previous experience in the automotive industry. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week. Daily responsibilities include; Use technical knowledge and understanding of warranty procedures to ensure effective and correct use of manufacturer’s warranty and goodwill systems. Apply the company warranty/ goodwill policies and procedures correctly to ensure customer satisfaction Submit accurate warranty claims on a daily and weekly basis. Ensure that all jobs passed for warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and where deviations occur suggest improvements and corrective actions. Ensure the defect and quality reports are completed correctly by the workshop staff following manufacturer’s guidelines. Review warranty publications on Desktop daily for latest information Key attributes and skills you need; Computer literate including the Microsoft Office suite Excellent interpersonal skills and a polite and helpful manner. Confident and enthusiastic with the ability to build rapport easily with a variety of customers. Confidence to deal with complaints and issues. Ability to manage your own workload in an organised approach Previous experience in a warranty administrator role would be advantageous.
