Working within the Key Account team, you will be responsible for proactively managing several high-profile clients. A strategic approach is integral to the role, developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to ensure a high level of account management, developing opportunities, retaining business and ensuring the overall customer experience is to a high level
Day-to-day for an Internal Account Manager
* Drive the customer contact strategy plan to protect and grow the business from a portfolio of existing customers.
* Retain, develop, and close sales deals over the phone.
* Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue targets.
* Pass prospects/leads of the appropriate level to the relevant departments within the sales office when not school-related.
* Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities.

* Experienced Telesales professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrates understanding of sales methodologies.
* IT savvy
* Demonstrates experience in onboarding, protecting, and growing accounts to deliver against revenue targets.
