This high street fashion retailer is looking for a junior merchandiser to join its well established and ever growing team. The role will entail achieving department KPI's in line with strategy, presenting department strategy every season in collaboration with the buyer and designer and ensuring in-season activity delivers planned sales, margin and terminal stock targets.
The ideal candidate will have negotiating and influencing skills, confidence around presenting, exposure to designing and signing off on ranges and will be a team player who is adept at maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
The role is paying up to £39, for the right candidate and also includes quarterly samples sales. The position is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 3 times a week.
