What I Do Is:
Onboard Quorum Cyber clients to our Managed Data Security Platform.
* Coordinate the delivery of requirements for adopting Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management.
* Evaluate client environments and offer recommendations to mitigate information security risks through specific Data Security policy deployment.
* Design, deploy, and conduct functional testing of Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management policies in client settings.
* Engage with clients to provide best-practice tuning and optimisation during onboarding.
Deliver Continuous Improvement services to Quorum Cyber clients.
* Enhance client Data Security maturity through effective tuning and improvement of Classifiers, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Risk Management policies.
* Maintain, update, enrich, and fine-tune client configurations based on SOC Analyst and/or Client Feedback.
* Provide initiative-taking support to the SOC for complex incident triage, investigation, and remediation related to client configurations.
* On-call support for out-of-hours service delivery escalations, including emergency management and maintenance of client configurations. (This will be on a rotation basis.)
* Maintain technical documentation across client configurations and the broader Managed Data Security service.
* Offer engineering support to enhance and deliver the Managed Data Security service and platform.
* Function as a subject matter expert for Data Security services.
* Research industry best practices and maintain extensive technical knowledge in the security and compliance domain.
* Serve as an expert on Microsoft Purview, specifically in Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, and Information Protection.
