* Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members
* Take responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, making sure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in place
* Be responsible for working the pastry section in the kitchen and maintaining high standards in preparation and serving of food
* Aid in the development of Dessert menus
QualificationsWe are looking for previous experience in a Pastry or Bakery setting:
* At least one year experience in commercial kitchens or bakery
