Who we are?
The Scotsman Group is Scotland’s largest and most diverse hospitality group, with over 40 venues including bars, restaurants, and hotels across Scotland.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Campaign Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social channels and collaborating with our Operations, Design, and Digital Marketing teams to produce engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, and sales/revenue targets.
2. Develop our video-led content strategy, including expanding our TikTok channels and Instagram Reels.
3. Brief and support our on-ground Social Media Content Creators to ensure content quality and alignment with marketing strategies.
4. Create tailored social media plans for venues, ensuring professional, on-brand content that highlights each venue's unique features.
5. Implement a UGC and influencer strategy to reach new audiences beyond our current followers.
6. Manage and coordinate paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
7. Coordinate photography and videography sessions, providing briefs and attending shoots to ensure quality.
8. Propose creative content ideas, including Instagram moments and customer experiences.
9. Assist the Head of Digital Marketing with influencer collaborations and competitions.
The Person:
Essential Qualities:
1. A degree or HND in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is preferred but not essential with relevant experience.
2. Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, social media trends, and tools.
3. Good eye for aesthetics; capable of capturing high-quality photos and videos.
4. Experience managing Instagram and TikTok, including scheduling and editing tools like CapCut Pro and Canva.
5. Design skills and ability to produce or direct high-quality visual content.
6. Confidence in social media engagement, including commenting, DMs, and influencer outreach.
