I'm working with an growing Insurtech to build out their Pricing Optimisation team in the retail, motor space; they want to hire a Motor/Home Optimisation Pricing Analyst in their retail team.

The Role -
* Behavioural and Profitability Models
* Develop and maintain CLTV and price sensitivity models to support informed pricing decisions
* Price Optimisation
* Support and deliver pricing optimisation processes to identify the optimal balance between volume, price and contribution
* Innovation and Advanced Analytics
* Continuous improvement through advanced analytical techniques, machine learning and modern pricing tools
* Collaboration and Strategic support
* Work closely with the Motor Risk Pricing team to align optimisation efforts
The Candidate -
* Experience in Personal Lines insurance (Motor and/or Home desirable)
* Programming proficiency e.g. Python; R; SQL; Git
* Strong grasp of how price optimisation and KPIs influence business performance
* Commercially minded and insight led
Location - London, 50/50 Hybrid
Salary - £40,000 - £70,000
