You will manage a portfolio of global partners, take ownership of key relationships, and lead the delivery of high-impact activations across the club’s commercial programme.
You will move beyond servicing. You will shape how partners activate, deliver value, and grow within the Brighton platform.
This is a hands‑on, visible role. You will own partnership delivery end to end and work closely with brands to turn objectives into clear, measurable outcomes.

* Support partners in achieving clear commercial outcomes

* Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or account management within sport, media, or agency
* Proven track record delivering partnership rights and managing stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
* Confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
