We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional food and service every day.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 1.30pm. Pay: £17.50 per hour, 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Lead and support a small kitchen team
* Plan and deliver high-quality menus using fresh ingredients
* Manage food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
* Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Manage budgets, costs, and wastage efficiently
* Maintain excellent client and customer relationships
Our Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a Chef Manager or Senior Chef role
* Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality food
* Experience managing a kitchen team
* Good understanding of kitchen financials and controls
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
