About the role
Pay Details: Grade 1, £24,309, £12.60ph
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Term time: 7.5 hrs/week (52 weeks)
Recess: N/A

Description
* Assist in providing an effective cleaning service to building cleaning clients.
* Cover for other cleaners during holidays, sickness, staff shortages, and absences.
* Occasionally assist the chargehand / Site Supervisor with training cleaning staff.
* Undertake various cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, site-specific cleaning, builders cleans, recess cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
About you
You will need:
* Previous experience in the cleaning industry or a related discipline/environment.
* Basic understanding of cleaning tasks to ensure an efficient premises cleaning service.
* Good verbal communication skills to interact with the public and client officers.
* Physical ability to perform manual and active labor duties.
* Ability to work on own initiative and undertake duties effectively.
* Positive, self-motivated, flexible, and responsive to changing priorities.
* Willingness to work irregular hours.
* Ability to drive/travel throughout the Vale or between locations as needed.
