Job Description - Compliance Administrator
White Trees Group provides safe and secure therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services for young people aged 11-18 years with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties, within a caring and homely environment.

Candidate Qualities and Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite telephone manner
* Previous compliance admin experience required
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work calmly and methodically in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
* General administrative duties
* Attention to detail in data collection and documentation
* Managing employment references and DBS processing
* Ensuring compliance documentation is complete
* Negotiating with candidates for documentation submission
* Data entry and management of candidate information
* Producing offer letters and contracts
* Coordinating with managers and new employees for onboarding
* Supporting the Compliance Manager
* Meeting deadlines for paperwork completion
Job Details
* Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per year
* Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
