Customer Service Representative Location: Brighton Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week *potential flex for one day hybrid* Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and welcoming office in Brighton. The Role: Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient service from start to finish. Duties include but are not limited to: Handling customer enquiries by phone and email Setting up and maintaining customer accounts Processing orders accurately using internal systems Preparing invoices and acknowledgements Coordinating the quotation process and contract reviews Supporting the external sales team with information requests Managing returns, credits and customer claims Keeping CRM systems updated and accurate Liaising with colleagues across Europe to gather information for client requestsAbout You: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent organisational skills.
