Highly regarded multi office practice
A highly regarded, multi branch practice is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join one of it's North London offices. With a strong reputation across both privately funded and Legal Aid work, the firm offers a supportive and collegiate environment alongside genuine scope to grow your own practice.

This is a well established, multi office firm with an excellent reputation in family law. The team is known for its supportive culture, approachable leadership, and strong collaboration across offices. It is, quite simply, a lovely place to work.
The firm offers a competitive benefits package including pension, parking, a wellbeing programme, and 31 days’ holiday to start including bank holidays and three days at Christmas. After three years’ service, private healthcare is provided, along with an additional day of annual leave for each year thereafter up to a maximum of five extra days.
The Role
You will manage a varied privately funded caseload, handling matters from instruction through to conclusion with a high degree of autonomy.
The work will include:
Divorce and separation
Financial remedy proceedings
Private children matters
TOLATA disputes
Cohabitation disputes
Pre and post nuptial agreements
Injunctions and domestic abuse matters
This is a broad and engaging role offering exposure to high quality work and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.
About You
You will be an experienced Family Solicitor with the confidence and ability to run your own caseload independently. A solid background in privately funded family work is essential.
Advocacy experience would be advantageous, though not essential.
Crucially, you will be motivated to grow your own following, develop local referral networks, and establish yourself as a key family practitioner in the area. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to business development are key to success in this role.
