As a Service Administrator, youll be working directly with customers to understand their enquiries, then co-ordinating the necessary deliverables (i.e. booking an engineer, checking for parts) to ensue their needs are met in a timely manner.
Youll be working in a fast paced environment, playing a key role in aligning the right people and parts, in the right place, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound enquiries from existing customers (i.e. service requests)
2. Co-ordinate the people, parts and documentation required in order to service all customer requests
3. Ensure all details are accurately recored using company systems
4. Liaise with customers to maintain a good level of communication throughout the course of the project
Skills & Experience
5. Experience in some sort of co-ordination role
6. High attention to detail
7. Exceptional administration skills
8. Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment
9. Personable skills to liaise effectively both internally and with customers
10. Proficient computer and IT skills
