Key Skills & Responsibilities
• Strong, capable leadership of the the team and clients, working closely with the senior team and Managing Partner to achieve results
• Knowledgeable on current affairs, our clients' sectors and the issues/themes affecting businesses and their reputations. Uses knowledge to craft high-impact communications and campaigns.
• Lead key corporate client accounts, engaging in strategic dialogue to influence the quality of briefs and identify revenue / new business opportunities.
• Experienced across corporate communications services – including media relations, executive positioning, sustainability communications, messaging and narrative – and deliver integrated campaigns and approaches
• Strategic mindset, able to devise and build relevant campaigns which reflect the economical, political, environmental and business landscape. Challenges clients and teams to think differently to achieve impact.
• Take the lead in new business development, through organic growth and pitching to prospects to secure commercial growth
• Establish a sustainable and profitable team structure, fostering an environment of ongoing learning, recognition of success, and reward for great work.
• Experienced in reputation management and crisis communications
