Description Salary £24,796 - £25,185 per annum I Fixed term until 30/09/2026 I Part time, Variable hours, 25 hours per week I Term time I St Hubert's Primary International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Unit Catering Supervisor (Grade 3) St Huberts ( Temporary position ) Lancashire County Council provide catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire, serving over 60,000 school meals per day and we are looking for committed individuals to join the service You will work as part of a team in St Hubert's Primary providing high quality, healthy, balanced meals for school children. Key responsibilities: Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans Direct and/or supervise other employees Order supplies and store deliveries Maintain records and stock control What we are looking for: Recognised catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable Experience of catering for large numbers is also desirable Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday Term time only 4 cleaning days during the school closure hours per week, although hours are variable depending upon school meal uptake 25 hours per week. 5 hours per day. 8:30am-13:30pm Temporary position till 30/09/2026 The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
