Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join a leading technology and manufacturing business. As a Sales Administrator, youll work closely with Business Development Managers and customers to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent service delivery. Youll manage order processing, maintain accurate customer information, and coordinate with internal teams to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to both customers and the Business Development team.
Prepare and issue quotes while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
Manage the order processing workflow and ensure key performance targets are met.
Liaise with internal departments including operations, accounts, shipping, technical support and purchasing.
Support distributors, resellers, OEMs and end users in the UK and overseas.
Continuously identify ways to improve administrative processes and enhance customer experience.
Undertake sales and technical training to build product knowledge and strengthen support capabilities.
Share customer feedback and market insights to inform business development strategies.

Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in sales administration or a customer support role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Numerically literate, with the ability to work comfortably with data and spreadsheets.
