About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity that has come available to join our Client Engagement Team to cover a period of Maternity Leave. This will be a fixed term contract for 1 year.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
* Providing a knowledgeable and friendly service to our clients.
* Contacting clients to ensure they are engaged with our processes.
* Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to every individual you have contact with within the role, in line with Psicon’s organisational goals.
* Completing detailed and accurate records of every client contact.
* Effectively managing situations where conflict may arise.
* Escalating more complex enquiry calls to the appropriate colleague.
* Accurately and efficiently uploading documentation to an online patient management system.
* Liaising with GPs/other services and professionals where relevant via telephone and email.
* Effectively using the online patient management system to move patients through their journey with Psicon.
* Accurately inputting data to Excel spreadsheets as required.
* Reporting feedback or incidents to quality management.
* Maintaining up to date and detailed knowledge of the whole NDLS service as relevant to the area of work.
* Working towards meeting KPIs which may vary depending on the area of work.
* Supporting operations staff to carry out audits against KPIs.

* Experience of working within a customer focused administration role.
* Excellent interpersonal and judgement skills.
* Experience of working to KPI targets and tight deadlines whilst balancing competing priorities within a busy environment.
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
* Committed to providing the best quality service and achieving the highest standards of client care.
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
* Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.
Location: Canterbury, Kent (please note there is no onsite parking). Core hours are 09:00‑17:00 with 3 days in office / 2 days WFH (37.5h contract) with the working days being Monday to Friday. All new employees will be required to work onsite in Canterbury full time until they achieve their core competencies.
