We are flexible on sector background. It could be anything from engineering, steel, construction, civil engineering, chemicals, waste to energy, water, mining, quarry etc. we are looking for a head of Sales who is conscientious, an excellent coach/mentor and has he ability to really shape a role.
We need someone commutable to the Hull, Goole, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Grimsby region. Head office is near Immingham. As this is a leadership role, you must be within 40 miles approx. of Immingham so you can be in the office leading the team when not out with customers
Ideally you will have experience of a sales process that has a bidding / tendering / complexity
