A well-known and highly respected law firm in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join its established and growing employment team. The Role:
You will advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:
* Contentious and non-contentious employment work
* Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
* TUPE and redundancy advice
* Employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment expertise
You will work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and strategic matters, gaining exposure to excellent clients across a range of sectors.
Requirements:
* NQ–5 years PQE in employment law
* Experience in contentious and/or advisory employment matters
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* A proactive and commercially minded approach
