The Role
As a Retail Manager onboard a cruise ship, you will take ownership of day-to-day retail operations, lead and develop teams, and deliver strong commercial results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You will be responsible for creating engaging guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence across multiple retail categories.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop onboard retail teams
* Drive sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
* Support and coach Assistant Managers and Supervisors
* Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards
* Oversee daily retail operations, stock control, and merchandising
* Ensure compliance with onboard procedures and reporting requirements
* Contribute to team training, onboarding, and performance reviews
* Act as a role model for leadership, professionalism, and service
About You
