As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in the evolution of the main platform. This is a hands-on position where you'll be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for dev teams.
* Leading tech refinement sessions and convert designs into detailed user stories.
* Working within an Agile and Scrum framework, picking up tickets and refining sprint backlogs.
* Collaborating closely with a growing team that includes Product Managers, Data Scientists, Developers, and QA/SDETs.
* Influencing and shaping engineers by providing clarity on the data-heavy backend, especially concerning taxonomy and ontology.
* Working proactively to refine requirements at least 2-3 sprints ahead.
About You:
* 5+ years as a business analyst
* Strong understanding of financial services (FS), or are adaptable and keen to immerse yourself in the domain
* Demonstrable experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Proficiency with Jira and Confluence is essential.
* Possess a positive, proactive, and "get things done" attitude.
* Capable of leading technical initiatives and working ahead to ensure seamless sprint execution.
