Job Overview
Provide outstanding customer support in both Italian and English, ensuring a 'white glove' experience across forums, social media, and product review platforms.
Own and resolve technical issues by using provided tools and your problem-solving skills.

Monitor online platforms, identify and escalate customer pain-points, and help build a thriving online community.
Contribute to a collaborative knowledge base and create engaging, brand-aligned user-generated content.
What We Look For:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (minimum B2 CEFR)
Genuine enthusiasm for social media and customer service.
Strong technical awareness and familiarity with online resources to resolve customer issues.
Stellar attention to detail, creativity in written communication, and calmness under pressure.
A team player willing to learn and adapt to brand style and tone.
Desirable:
Experience with social media platforms, customer service (especially non-voice), and online forums.
Knowledge of virtual reality products or gaming communities.
