Position: In-form (Salesforce) Training & Development Officer Pay: £14.36 per hour (£28,002.00 per annum) Location: YMCA Norfolk Offices, Aylsham Road, Norwich with an element of working countywide and at home Contract Type: Permanent Hours per week: 37.5 hours Job Role Are you a natural trainer who loves helping others get the most from technology? Do you want to learn Salesforce development and help shape the way our staff use our client management system? We’re looking for someone who is passionate about training and supporting staff, and who is excited to learn and grow as a Salesforce developer (with a focus on front-end/GUI). This unique role combines two key pillars: Training: You’ll deliver engaging group and one-to-one sessions, create clear guides, and help staff confidently use our In-Form system (built on Salesforce). You’ll become the go-to person for user support, helping colleagues understand not just how the system works, but how it can make their jobs easier. Development: You’ll work closely with the ICT Manager, starting with simple tasks and gradually building your skills in Salesforce development. As you train staff, you’ll spot opportunities to improve the system and feed these back, helping us make In-Form work better for everyone. What Makes This Role Different? You’ll be empowered to make a real difference—staff don’t work for the system, the system should work for them. You’ll have the chance to learn Salesforce development in a supportive environment, starting with front-end changes and growing into more complex tasks. Your training experience will help you quickly understand how people use the system, so you can work independently on training, while being guided on development.
