We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Always drive safely and compliantly.
* Be legally compliant to the working time directive and EU Driving hours legislation.
* Maintain regular contact with the transport team.
* Always comply with local legislation requirements and company policies and procedures.
* To represent DHL in a professional manner to customers and always provide excellent customer service.
* Regular completion of vehicle checks.
* Manual Handling of Customer Products.
* Timely and efficient completion of deliveries and transportation.
* To undergo regular training and driving assessments
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Valid HGV License C+E (Class 1)
* Driver CPC certification
* Ability to move product in line with H&S regulation
* Previous experience of driving an artic truck
* Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
* Ability to read, understand and follow directions / instructions
* Knowledge of EU driving regulations and geographical area
