My client, based in Hatfield, are looking for a highly organised and experienced Operations Support Manager to run their head office and be the central hub for their field teams and management. This is a crucial administrative and organisational role, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company rules. Experience in the Cleaning or Facilities Management (FM) sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient support for our field and management teams.
* Provide key administrative support to Operations and Regional Managers.
* Oversee all important documentation, including compliance, training records, and Health & Safety (H&S) paperwork.
* Handle internal/external queries and maintain excellent communication between all departments.
* Prepare reports, update client documents, and manage/improve office systems and databases.
* Manage relationships with key company suppliers.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator.
* Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and administrative systems.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload independently.
* A solid understanding of confidentiality, HR processes, and compliance.
Highly Desirable Experience:
* Working within the Cleaning, Facilities Management, or Contract Services industry.
* Familiarity with CRM or workforce management software.
* Basic experience with finance or payroll administration.
