Location: New Nursing & Dementia Home at Westgate-on-Sea, Kent
Salary: £75k per annum
Start Date: Summer 2025

We’re looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing success of a brand-new, 70 bed, purpose-built care facility. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture and establish outstanding standards of care right from day one.
You will be a passionate and driven nurse with an active NMC pin, ready to take the lead on a brand new care home from the ground up.
* What we’re looking for: Active NMC pin – Registered Nurse (RGN) Proven leadership in a care home setting Deep knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of strong leadership. Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care Experience in commissioning or opening new services (ideal, not essential)
What You’ll Be Doing
️ Overseeing the full commissioning process of the home
Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team
Managing budgets, occupancy, and compliance
Creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents and staff
