We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our International Private Client team in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity to support a specialist team delivering high-quality legal services to clients across the globe, while developing your skills in a growing and dynamic area of law. About the Role As a Paralegal in our International Private Client team, you’ll provide essential support to fee earners across a range of matters, including cross-border estate administration, Will drafting, and Medallion Signature Guarantees. You’ll work with clients based internationally, including in South Africa, Australia, and Ireland, gaining exposure to complex and varied work. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to build your legal experience within a collaborative and supportive team. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting fee earners with a range of international private client matters. Opening and closing files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Drafting letters and legal documents under supervision. Liaising with clients, taking and making telephone calls, and providing updates. Arranging and attending meetings, including taking attendance notes. Assisting with compliance and administrative processes. Supporting the progression of matters and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records. What We’re Looking For A motivated and enthusiastic individual keen to develop a career as a Paralegal. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. A professional and client-focused approach. Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment (desirable). Experience in private client work (advantageous but not essential).
