TEMPORARY SALES ASSOCIATES - GLOBAL PREMIUM BRAND – WOMENSWEAR
CANNES, FRANCE
UP TO 30K € + COMMISSION + BONUS + CLOTHING ALLOWANCE
Outside The Box Recruitment is currently recruiting Sales Associates (FTC) with over 2+ yrs+ experience selling HIGH PREMIUM WRTW & MRTW based in their beautifully designed Pop Up Store in Cannes, France.
Our client is renowned for their modern and on trend ready-to-wear and accessory designs which have been worn by fashion forward royals and various high-profile celebrities. With a focus on sustainable fashion at the forefront of their values. Our client champions the idea of fairness both in the workplace and with the production of their designs.
The Sales Associates will confidently drive sales through seamless customer service, in depth product knowledge and excellent client relationship building skills. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor and Management Team, the Sales Associates will focus on styling and link selling and will provide a positive environment for clients.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant Manager
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Meets personal and store sales goals
Creating a positive and encouraging environment for clients
Delivering knowledge on clientelling and CRM functions
Focus on delivering the ultimate of client experience and building rapport with clients Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
Maintaining the presentation of the shop floor ensuring all items are neatly presented
Assisting with deliveries, replenishment and visual merchandising.
Ideal candidate:
2yrs + experience within a fashion premium / luxury environment
Passionate and knowledgeable about Womenswear fashion
Dynamic interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude to clients and colleagues
On trend - Smart /casual and well-groomed in appearance.
Sales driven and determined to succeed
Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Additional to the basic salary is: 1% commission on every sale, 2% commission once the store hits target, clothing allowance, 30 days holiday and private health care.

Outside The Box Recruitment recrute actuellement des Conseiller(ère)s de Vente (CDD) justifiant d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans la vente de prêt-à-porter féminin et masculin haut de gamme (WRTW & MRTW), pour leur magnifique Pop-Up Store situé à Cannes, France.
Notre client est reconnu pour ses créations modernes et tendance en prêt-à-porter et accessoires, portées par des membres de familles royales avant-gardistes et de nombreuses célébrités internationales. Avec un engagement fort envers la mode durable, la marque place l’éthique et l’équité au cœur de ses valeurs, tant dans son environnement de travail que dans ses processus de production.
Les Conseiller(ère)s de Vente auront pour mission de développer les ventes avec assurance grâce à un service client irréprochable, une excellente connaissance produit et une forte capacité à créer et entretenir des relations clients. Rattaché(e)s au Responsable des Ventes et à l’équipe Management, ils/elles mettront l’accent sur le styling, la vente complémentaire (link selling) et la création d’un environnement positif et accueillant pour la clientèle.
Le Poste :
* Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général et à l’Assistant Manager
* Développer et entretenir un portefeuille clients solide
* Atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et ceux du point de vente
* Créer un environnement positif et motivant pour les clients
* Maîtriser les techniques de clienteling et les outils CRM
* Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et établir une relation de confiance
* Démontrer une connaissance approfondie des collections
* Maintenir un vif intérêt pour l’industrie de la mode et ses tendances
* Veiller à la parfaite présentation de la surface de vente
* Participer aux livraisons, au réassort et au merchandising visuel
Profil Recherché :
* Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un environnement mode premium / luxe
* Passionné(e) et expert(e) en prêt-à-porter féminin
* Excellentes compétences relationnelles, écrites et orales
* Attitude positive et proactive (« can do »)
* Présentation soignée, style chic et tendance
* Fort esprit commercial et détermination à atteindre les objectifs
* Capacité à créer des relations positives avec les clients et l’équipe
Rémunération & Avantages :
En complément du salaire fixe :
* 1 % de commission sur chaque vente
* 2 % de commission supplémentaire lorsque le magasin atteint son objectif
