Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our flagship boutique on Old Bond Street. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, and nurturing long term client relationships. The successful candidate will combine a strong commercial mindset with refined interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide an outstanding level of personalised service, ensuring each client interaction reflects Etro’s values and heritage.
• Develop and maintain long term client relationships, driving loyalty and repeat business through consistent follow up and excellent clienteling practices.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique KPIs, with a strong focus on sales targets, average transaction value, and client acquisition.
• Support the Boutique Management team in mentoring junior sales staff, leading by example, and sharing best practices.
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge of Etro’s collections, brand history, and luxury retail trends to deliver an engaging and educational client experience.
• Contribute to the overall success of the boutique through teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Maintain impeccable standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and product care.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within ready to wear, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Strong knowledge of client relationship management and luxury clienteling techniques.
• Dynamic, results oriented, and self motivated, with a willingness to continuously learn and embrace challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• A natural curiosity, enthusiasm, and drive to represent the brand with passion and professionalism.
