Main Purpose of Job:

As a Senior Partnership Accreditation Adviser you'll provide technical and professional monitoring, consultative guidance and be a subject matter expert on key areas of the SJP Training and Competence (T&C) Scheme.

This will include the delivery of the Professional Qualification workshop to all populations within SJP, including our Adviser Academy, Partnership, employees and FMT. This is in support of the SJP corporate objective to support individuals through its adviser Academy programme, and to maintain and increase its population of Chartered advisers.

You will also help to support the regulatory monitoring and reporting requirements covering awarding body membership, SPS renewals, CPD and CII CPD Audits, FCA Directory activity and memberships for the whole of the Partnership, and where relevant certified individuals, under SM&CR.

What you'll be doing
* Co-ordination and delivery of all tasks required to ensure the successful deployment of our professional qualification programmes and initiatives to support the Partnership, employees, and FMT working with third party trainers to deliver workshops
* Complete the twice yearly FCA T&C return with the professional standing data for all Advisers and relevant certified employees. Plus, Supervision and regulated activity Information for all Advisers.
* Run the budget, circa £500,000, for professional qualifications support programs, such as Redmill and the SJP AF1 workshops provided by third-party providers
* Be responsible for the accurate uploads to the FCA Directory and reconciliation of this data
* Be responsible for reporting FCA Notifiable Events to the relevant professional bodies, collaborating closely with Internal compliance, risk and both internal professional bodies legal teams
* Be responsible for the FCA notifications is relation to the additional market areas activities under the Appointed Representatives regime
* Taking responsibility for identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements
* Lead the monthly CII audit process, providing a consultancy service to our population who have been selected and collaborating closely with the professional body as appropriate to ensure completion ahead of the deadline
* Be responsible for the licence breaches process, investigating potential breaches and raising to the relevant risk manager, tracking until resolution, or escalated appropriately
* Build and maintain relationships with key collaborators across the business, third party suppliers and professional bodies and maintain open lines of communication to ensure the successful delivery of all tasks for which you are responsible
* Produce monthly MI across all functions of responsibility utilising different mechanisms to gain feedback from our workshops to Identify any areas of Improvement, and to Indicate the success rates of trainers and training providers
* Through team meetings and regular 1:1 meetings advise on progress of tasks, prioritising of demands and requirements of key project deliverables
Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, training delivery, and accreditation processes within the financial services sector. This person should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, confidently liaising with internal teams, third-party providers, and professional bodies to ensure the smooth delivery of qualification programmes and regulatory reporting. They must also be proactive and analytical, capable of identifying process improvements while managing complex data, budgets, and governance requirements.

Essential
* Knowledge of FCA Training and Competence requirements, specifically Continuing Professional Development, and Statement of Professional Standing.
* Understanding of FCA reporting requirements in relation Training and Competence requirements
* An understanding of the SJP internal accreditation and licensing framework
* An understanding of the awarding bodies (CII, LIBF, and CISI) qualification requirements
Desirable
* An understanding of the SJP Partnership and Field Management structure
* A good understanding of Salesforce, including raising tasks.
