What you’ll be doing
As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in the initial stages of their claims journey. You will be responsible for gathering and recording all required information, ensuring that the initial claims data is accurately collated to facilitate a smooth and efficient claims process. You will provide excellent service to our customers throughout the process, offering support and guidance as needed.
Training
Excellent training is provided! Your corporate induction will be completed in the first 8 days followed by a 10-week training programme which is all completed onsite. This will help you understand the role, give you the best start and tools for your career. You’ll have the opportunity to move to hybrid working once you are competent in the role.
