We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Admissions Officer to join our Admissions Team.
The role holder will need experience in data management, compliance and be able to demonstrate a track record of excellent customer service.
The role holder will need to be able to maintain data integrity, co-ordinate consistent data entry practices, and act as the first line of support for system related queries from colleagues across Marketing, Recruitment and International.
Experience in CRM systems is essential for this role.
You will need to be able to develop systems, improve workflows and be able to deliver training, resources and guidance to wider teams on the CRM and wider Admissions systems.
This role also requires experience in managing a team and you will need to be highly organised, customer focused and motivated to drive excellence in Admissions operations.
